We are currently looking for an HR Specialist to complete our wonderful team in Brno.

Job Description

  • You will be in charge of complete HR administrative tasks, connected with the entire employee lifecycle for our colleagues working in the Czech Republic
  • You will be the main point of contact for topics concerning work permits, social security, affiliations, benefits enrollment, pension plans, rewards, etc.
  • You will also support the external payroll team
  • You will generate documents such as work certificates and you will also take care of employees’ requests
  • Tools that you will be using on a daily basis: Workday, ticketing system, etc.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR area, ideally from SSC
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and fast learner
  • Strong dedication to quality and a positive customer service approach
  • You consider employees as being the core of the company and you strive towards providing them the best support
  • You like working in a team and enjoy the collaboration
  • Fluent in Czech and in English
