Job Description


  • Background of Cloud solutions implementation and migration
  • Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for various IT technical issues as well as assistance in resolution.
  • Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for IT operation issues as well as assistance in resolution
  • Experience in Monitoring the health of production systems and platforms, proactive alerting and coordination with involved teams for resolution
  • Provide System Operations (SysOps) and Administration expertise to our clients, accelerate delivery, optimize resources, improve availability, improve application/product/platform/system quality and performance
  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset, ability to learn new technologies and concepts following companyโ€™s internal education program
  • Write technical and non-technical documentation, for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure if required.
  • Communicate well and good in client relationship, effective at understanding our product portfolio and how to promote our offer.
  • Automate and orchestrate operation tasks, deployments, monitoring and self-healing platforms



  • Deep knowledge of the Cloud offering in particular Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus)
  • Expertise on services such as: SQL Server, Exchange, Active Directory (AD), ADFS, Skype for Business, Office365 (Exchange online, Teams)
  • Sound understanding of networking, database, storage and virtualization systems and technologies
  • Ability to use scripting languages and frameworks: such as Bash or Powershell or Python
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
  • Exposure and experience in Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Methodological, flexible, fast learner, autonomous, team player.
