Job Description

  • Office management tasks (phone, front door, ordering office-, IT-, kitchen-supplies, shipments and deliveries)
  • Coordination and communication with the office landlords, cleaning and maintenance team
  • First contact person in the office for employees, applicants and guests
  • Event management. Planning, organising and hosting our cool team events
  • Social media management
  • Marketing and employer branding support
  • Finance support and invoice management
  • Petty cash management
  • Travel management support
  • Support of the local management team in day-to-day business


  • High school, good to very good economical knowledge
  • Experience in office management or similar jobs
  • Good to very good knowledge of MS-Office, internet affinity
  • Fluent in Serbian and very good English
  • Initiative, proactivity, flexibility, team player
  • Good communication skills and high reliability
  • Ability to learn quickly, independent
