As a People Services Officer, you have a full understanding of how the services operate across teams and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by working virtually within the team, using digital tools to connect, engage and collaborate with employees.

Job Description

  • Prepares employment contracts, Annexes to contracts, various agreements and changes to Employment contract according to Serbian labour law and work regulations
  • Provides service related activities including Workday data entry, HR document management, updates to internal tools and databases, responding digitally to a wide variety of employee queries
  • Ensures standardised HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered in a consistent and common way across different markets
  • Collaborates with other administrators within the People Services team to deliver KPIs and high-quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations
  • Planning and organization of Onboarding for new employees.
  • Managing the absence recording system and administration process.
  • Supports monthly payroll preparation and all the follow-up activities.
  • Works in time management tools related to employees including taking care of year-end tasks (over time balance, vacation days, etc.)
  • Ensures a professional exit process of employees by preparing adequate documentation.
  • Acts as a contact person for executives, employees and candidates in all matters related to the employment and legal questions, social insurance and payroll.
  • Build knowledge of local customs and employment laws, applying this to improve delivery of services across your markets and ensure processes remain compliant with local regulatory/statutory requirements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar is a plus 
  •  2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Computer literacy (experience in Workday is a plus)
  • Responsible, reliable, organized and with a professional approach and communication skills  
  • Good administrative skills
  • Speak fluent English
