If so we are searching for our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation Developer to join our expanding team to partner with our clients designated projects.

Job Description

  • Analyse business and technical requirements to be implemented in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Propose and design solutions for real-time customer interactions via web, email, mobile and other channels
  • Advise on strategies for multichannel activities including personalization, advanced segmentation, 360 customer journeys
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design personalized campaigns that drive real business outcomes
  • Develop site maps and templates
  • Build integrations with 3rd party systems
  • Document system architecture
  • Lead client workshops (remote and on-site)

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (EG: Evergage  / Interaction Studio)
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem (Sales/Service/Marketing and other clouds) is an advantage
  • Active Salesforce certifications and accreditations is an advantage
  • Experience with writing functional documentation
  • Fluent English
