Job Description

  • Assisting with ME and YE closing activities 
  • Acting as a primary POC between Accounting Agency and the shared service centre in Portugal 
  • Completing yearly Audits with accounting agency and auditors
  • Liaising with suppliers on a regular basis regarding invoice payment
  • Ensuring invoices are approved within the system in a timely manner 
  • E-invoicing (SEF), uploading invoices for payment
  • Reconciliation with suppliers and accounting agency 
  • Supporting the transition from one accounting system to another
  • Supporting Bank transition and Treasury team 
  • Booking banks statements through treasury application 
  • Working with the external and internal legal teams on contracts finalisation 
  • Onboarding new suppliers 
  • Ensuring money transfers are completed on time 
  • Cost centre allocation
  • occasionally completing RFPs for various material/services
  • Organizing signatures of various finance documentation
  • Creating processes and aligning them with the group policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
  • Good knowledge of Serbian regulations required
  • Understanding of corporate finance
  • Excellent knowledge of Serbian (due to the communication with government)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is an advantage
  • Ability to work autonomously, but also within the team
  • Communication skills
