Main responsibilities
• Manage the recruitment needs for HR & Finance teams (end-to-end);
• Write and post technical job descriptions, as well all the admin tasks related to recruitment activities;
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Linkedin (Recruiter), Bolean Search, others;
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and
behavioral questions);
• Coordinate with hiring managers the forecast and hiring needs;
• Job offers Presentation/Negotiation;
• Manage and becoming an expert at our ATS (Smart Recruiters) and CRM (Workday);
• Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with third-party suppliers.
• Other tasks
• Support the People and Culture Team with other Talent Attraction activities as needed (Like IT area);
• Learning Data Driven mindset with Agile methodologies.
