The challenge

Biovotion is a fast growing start-up company from the medical device sector. The wearable solution developed for fitness and health analyses will soon be introduced on the market.

To record all activities with potential and existing costumers the company requires in as little time as possible an efficient costumer relationship management system (CRM), whose functionalities go beyond the mere management of costumer data.

Our approach

Following extensive consultation we implement Salesforce as the new CRM system:

  • Advantages: as cloud system it stands out in terms of its fast “up & running” and allows simple, individual adjustments as well as the handling of complex application scenarios
  • Realization of a first prototype in only one day: implementation on the basis of the defined costumer requirements in regards to the data model
  • Refinement of the prototype and joint realization with the client
  • Supplementing the custom data model with further applications such as the integration of the e-mail marketing tool Mailchimp
