In addition to modernising the shop, Merkle is also relaunching the content management system (CMS) and the product information management system (PIM). The tasks range from strategy and marketing consulting to the conception and implementation of the system and the connection of various peripheral systems. Of course, Merkle supports the further development of the e-commerce application and offers security for optimal operation with the service.
The platform convinces with a clear design, easy-to-understand descriptions and further information as well as a simple search function with detailed filter options. The information retrieval and product search is targeted, fast and thus very user-friendly. Users can choose between three languages - German, French and Italian.
A customer-friendly pricing logic ensures order-related prices at all times. The ASM enables the sales department to support customers even better in the purchasing process. This saves time and enables individual advice.
Thanks to the optimised myKOCH customer area, users can view and better manage their enquiries, orders and invoices in one central place. The new search function in the shop makes it easier to find the approximately 80,000 products. As a result, the orders are correctly executed in all individual process steps.
