Liiva is a joint venture between the financial services provider Raiffeisen and insurance company Mobiliar. The start-up, founded at the beginning of 2021, will offer comprehensive services for real estate owners with an end-to-end customer experience.
Searching, acquiring, maintaining, renovating, and selling: owning a property involves various complex, sometimes time-consuming challenges. Until now, the only solutions offered are for individual aspects of property management. A digital product that covers all areas from property search to sale did not yet exist.
Liiva wanted to close this gap with a holistic platform and to launch the product on the market as quickly as possible before the competition got to it first.
Liiva accompanies (prospective) property owners on their entire customer journey: starting with the search for a property, through the purchase of a flat or house and the maintenance up to the sale of the property. For example, the user can research suitable flats for the family or simply make an appointment with the craftsman to renovate the bathroom in the house.
The platform can also be used as an archive for all relevant real estate documents. For example, users can save purchase contracts or insurance policies in the Cockpit. With one click, it is then possible to access them at any time and from anywhere.
