The challenge

A digital solution for private provision

The Raiffeisen group is the third-largest banking group in Switzerland. It is therefore one of the country's most important financial service providers.

In order to make it easier for customers to invest in personal pension plans, the company wants to digitize its private pension products. Users will be able to access them from anywhere and at any time. To ensure that they can manage this without an advisor, the solution must also be user-friendly and intuitive to use.

Our approach

User-friendly design

In concept and design we bring together insights from business, user needs as well as technology.

Agile working methods

Daily coordination of work steps as well as two-week sprints for rapid implementation together with the developers of Raiffeisen Switzerland.

Usability & User Experience

Regular on-site user testing to optimize the holistic concept including UX design and copywriting.

Responsive app for optimal user experience at Raiffeisen

An intuitive solution for retirement planning

The result of the project with Raiffeisen Switzerland is an intuitive app that guides customers step by step through the complex topic of private retirement planning. Users can open and manage a retirement savings account digitally and without an advisor. They can also easily invest in appropriate funds. This is a big step toward greater flexibility and independence. Raiffeisen can therefore keep up with the competition in digital banking - and offer its customers an attractive solution.

Focus User Experience

An important focus of the responsive app is a particularly high level of usability as well as intuitive operation. With regular usability tests and direct conversations with customers during testing, we were able to gain an understanding of diverse user needs. To do this, we made sure we had a diverse selection of users in terms of age and subject affinity.

By testing on different viewports, we also ensure that the desired customer experience works flawlessly on both desktop and mobile. For a holistically positive user experience, we rely on UX-focused copy that works perfectly with the UX concept. The result is an app with optional information levels to appeal to both knowledgeable and less knowledgeable users.
