The challenge

Schindler is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and service providers in the mobility industry. The manufacturer of elevators, escalators and moving walks wants to position itself as a digital pioneer in its industry.

As an important step in realizing this vision, Schindler has decided to establish the corporate website as a meaningful touchpoint in the customer journey. The new website is designed to support communication across all business areas and promote digital interaction with all relevant target groups.

As a full-service partner, we support Schindler in realizing its digital vision.

Our approach

Right from the start we put the focus on the needs of the customers in order to achieve Schindler’s goals. Therefore the basis for the concept development is an online survey. This gives us an insight into the customer requirements of over 70 country websites and enables us to prioritise our measures. Together with Schindler Brand Management, we develop a visual design system based on this. With the Adobe Experience Manager and a modern frontend platform, Schindler is well positioned for the future. We achieve the set target date by an efficient project handling and automatic content migration.

The new website supports the traditional Swiss brand in establishing itself as a digital pioneer.

Design and content represent Schindler’s technological expertise.

Customers immerse themselves in Schindler’s brand world through the use of generous imagery, micro-animations and moving content. Design and content represent Schindler’s technological expertise and offer customers and applicants an excellent usability.
